Waterstones event
Had a great time at Waterstones St Andrews for my first author event. Kit brought his combat robot Exposure which was a big hit with the children. Storytime was followed by craft activities and we sold some books! Huge thank you to Jack and Reii at the store for all their support today, and for dressing up as pirates.
Waterstones visit

It's publication day of Captain Kit! Huge thanks to everyone involved with this book: Maggie Bolton for the fantastic illustrations; Sophie Hannah and Pauline Tait Author & Writing Mentor for being great mentors; Dawn Geddes at Book Smart PR ; the team and book tour hosts at Love Book Tours and the various places offering me an in-person event. Special thanks to my family- I love my flowers and the buns decorated with chocolate swords! Here's hoping the book sells and raises money for the combat robot Exposure.
